Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Instructions

  1. Lightly brown ground beef, chopped onions, and chopped celery in a skillet.
  2. Add soy sauce, uncooked rice, mushroom soup, chicken and rice soup, water, drained bean sprouts, and sliced water chestnuts to the skillet.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1.5 hours.
