  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1 egg
  • salad oil
  • 13 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up

Instructions

  3. Stir the liquid mixture into the flour mixture until well combined.
  4. Coat half of the chicken pieces with the batter.
  5. Deep fry the coated chicken pieces in salad oil until golden brown and cooked through.
