Instructions
- Mix cooked and cubed chicken breasts, chopped celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in a 300° oven for 30 minutes.
- During the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle crushed potato chips on top of the casserole and continue baking until crispy and golden.
