Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the beets and pineapple into a cooking pot.
- Add water, lemon juice, vinegar, and sugar to the pot and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O into the hot liquid mixture.
- Add the diced beets and crushed pineapple to the mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish.
