Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and make 2-inch meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs quickly in hot olive oil.
  3. Cook the meatballs in spaghetti sauce for 2 hours on low heat.
