- In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- In another bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, mashed berries, banana, oil, and orange peel.
- Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Stir in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool the bread for 10 minutes in the pan.
- Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
- Wrap and store overnight before serving.
