Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 oz can cold beer
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the batter into well-greased and sugared loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
