Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans minced clam
  • Clam liquor from cans
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 slices fried bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Brown the minced onion in butter.
  2. Add clam liquor and cubed potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the cream of celery soup, milk, and crumbled fried bacon.
  4. Heat the mixture until warm but do not bring to a boil.
