- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon) together; set aside.
- In a processor, beat eggs on slow speed.
- Add oil, sugar, carrots, raisins, and nuts in that order, then incorporate the dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) until done, approximately 55 minutes in a Bundt pan or less in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Allow cake to cool before frosting.
