Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in boiling water and add the undrained crushed pineapple.
  2. Refrigerate until the mixture is soft jelly.
  3. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing or mayonnaise, and condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Jell-O layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and chill until firm.
