Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb. rump roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 1 Tbsp. summer savory
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme

Instructions

  1. Place the rump roast in a slow cooker or roasting pan.
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the dry onion soup mix.
  3. Spread the soup mixture evenly over the roast.
  4. Sprinkle parsley, rosemary, chives, summer savory, and thyme over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for approximately 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
  6. Serve hot, sliced with gravy from the cooking juices.
