Crispy, cheesy Jo Jo Potatoes feature seasoned potato wedges baked with Parmesan and margarine, perfect as a savory side or snack for family gatherings and casual meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 7 potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, garlic salt, pepper, onion salt, flour, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  2. Quarter the potatoes lengthwise, peeling if desired.
  3. Dredge potato slices in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated potato slices in a Pyrex dish.
  5. Cut margarine into small pieces and place over the potatoes.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and crispy.
