Tangy and flavorful chicken breasts baked with a blend of cider vinegar, lemon juice, and herbs, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests with bold tastes.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (skinless)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Melt margarine in a small saucepan.
  3. Add salt, garlic salt, onion salt, black pepper, thyme, cider vinegar, and lemon juice to the melted margarine. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle each chicken breast with paprika.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
