Ingredients

  • 6 cups cornmeal
  • 3 cups flour
  • 9 eggs
  • 7 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in two cake pan-sized cooking pans.
  2. Beat the eggs until well combined.
  3. Add baking powder, salt, flour, and cornmeal to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
