Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab
  • 1/2 lemon (juice of)
  • 24 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Combine crab and lemon juice in a double boiler.
  2. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Add chopped green onions, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir to combine.
  4. Make ahead by refrigerating for up to 24 hours before serving.
  5. Add mayonnaise if desired to soften the dip further before serving.
