Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground lean hamburger
  • 8 oz. cooked egg noodles
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • chow mein noodles
  • peanuts

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground lean hamburger.
  2. Mix the cooked egg noodles with the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cooked hamburger.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Cover the casserole with chow mein noodles and peanuts.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
