Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 medium can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and celery to the browned hamburger.
  3. Add cabbage and tomato sauce to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in rice, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
