Ingredients

  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, stir the liquid ingredients together.
  3. Gradually add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix the dough well.
  4. Lightly oil and flour a cookie sheet.
  5. Pat the dough out until it is 1/2-inch thick.
  6. Prick the dough with a fork.
  7. Bake the dough at 425° for about 10 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
