Instructions
- Use a casserole dish of desired size.
- Crumble leftover corn bread over the bottom of the dish.
- Add 1 to 2 cans of pinto beans on top of the corn bread.
- Use enough bean juice to moisten the corn bread slightly.
- Cover with chopped onion and green pepper.
- Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise and dill pickle juice to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and poke holes to let the dressing reach the corn bread.
- Top with diced tomatoes and crumbled bacon if desired.
