Instructions
- Fry tenderloin in oil until done.
- Remove from pan.
- Slice as for stir-fry.
- Fry onion, mushrooms and green pepper until done; add meat, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- Put on top of cooked egg noodles.
