Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 lb. deer tenderloin
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms
  • 1 large can kidney beans
  • 2 large cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry tenderloin in oil until done.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Slice as for stir-fry.
  4. Fry onion, mushrooms and green pepper until done; add meat, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  6. Put on top of cooked egg noodles.
