Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and green chilies to the beef mixture. Mix well.
  4. Spread the meat mixture in a quiche pan or large pie plate.
  5. In a blender, combine Bisquick, milk, and eggs; blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter over the meat mixture.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Serve hot with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
