Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • few drops hot sauce
  • salt to taste
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add black pepper, garlic powder, picante sauce, chopped green pepper, cumin, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and salt to taste; simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Fill flour tortillas with the beef mixture and grated cheese, then roll up.
  4. Place the assembled enchiladas in a baking dish, top with additional cheese if desired, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
