Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, consider using full-fat cream cheese. If you want to reduce calories, you can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for variety. Using a mini muffin tin instead of a tart pan can create fun bite-sized portions perfect for parties.

Serving Suggestions

These bite-sized quiches are perfect as appetizers for gatherings or as part of a brunch spread. Serve them alongside a fresh salad or with dipping sauces like salsa or aioli. They also pair beautifully with a refreshing fruit salad, making them a versatile choice for any meal.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover quiches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the quiches in a preheated 275°F oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through. This method helps retain their texture and prevents them from becoming soggy.
