Bite Size Quiches
Delicious bite-sized quiches featuring savory sausage, Swiss cheese, olives, and a creamy filling, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or entertaining guests with a savory appetizer.

- Combine cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, diced onion, and salt in the top of a double boiler.
- Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add a small amount of warm cream cheese mixture to beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
- Add the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in chopped black olives, chopped smoky link sausage, and grated Swiss cheese.
- Mix well to combine.
- Coat a tart pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- Fill each tart cup to the top with the mixture.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then remove from pan and cool completely.
- To reheat, use a 275°F oven.
