Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef in a large bowl with all of the ingredients except flour.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Form into balls about 1/2-inch in diameter.
  4. Roll in flour; fry quickly in hot oil.
  5. Serve warm.
