Ingredients

  • 1 prepared 10-inch pizza shell
  • 1 can (15 oz.) drained black beans
  • 1 container fresh salsa
  • 2 hot Italian turkey sausages
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the pizza shell on a pizza pan that has been sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with cornmeal.
  2. Spread drained black beans evenly over the shell, then top with salsa.
  3. Sprinkle cooked, drained, and crumbled hot Italian turkey sausages over the salsa.
  4. Cover the pizza with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F in a preheated oven for 7 minutes.
  6. Serve with a large green salad, using nonfat Italian dressing.
