Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can black beans, rinsed
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro or 3 tsp. dried cilantro
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
