Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 cup of sugar.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat eggs, softened cream cheese, and 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake at 250°F (121°C) for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool, then spread pie filling lightly over the top with a fork until evenly covered.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
