Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Perform a knife test to check doneness. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
