Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 2 tsp. milk
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped (3/8 c.)
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 oz. diced pimento, drained
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, and milk; beat until smooth.
  2. Add chopped green pepper, chopped onion, diced pimento, salt, and white pepper; mix until well combined.
  3. Shape into a ball or wreath shape; sprinkle tops and sides with dried parsley.
  4. Use extra pimento to garnish if desired.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
