Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple slices
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Place 1 teaspoon of margarine and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in each of four 10-ounce custard cups.
  2. Arrange a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry in each cup.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  4. Shape 1 1/2 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits into a round circle.
  5. Place the biscuit round on top of the pineapple in each cup.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and golden.
