Ingredients

  • 6 oz. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 21 oz. blueberry pie filling
  • 8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart dish, dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add blueberry pie filling and drained crushed pineapple to the gelatin mixture.
  3. Chill until the mixture is firm.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped nuts, and sugar.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled gelatin layer.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
