Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and grated
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except rice.
  2. Fold the cooked rice into the mixture until thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve warm or cover, refrigerate, and serve cold.
