Ingredients

  • 40 graham crackers or 2 packages, crushed
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cans blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spread half of the cream mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Pour two cans of blueberry pie filling over the cream layer.
  10. Top with the remaining cream mixture.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
