Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 to 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cups oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the well and stir just until moistened.
  4. Pour the batter into two greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
