Ingredients

  • 11 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter together.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 375°.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Pour blueberry filling over the top and garnish with whipped cream.
