Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • onion, diced
  • 4 oz. can drained mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • little cheese, shredded
  • dash of chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, diced onion, drained mushrooms, sour cream, ketchup, salt, pepper, cheese, and chili powder thoroughly.
  2. Let the mixture stand overnight.
  3. Place the mixture into a meat loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
