Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1/2 c water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, vinegar, water, and a pinch of salt in the order given, except for the butter.
  3. When the mixture is almost done cooking, add the butter.
  4. Cook on low heat until thick.
  5. Optionally, you can add dry mustard or celery seed for extra flavor.
