Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion ⓘ
- 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder ⓘ
- 4 c. cubed cooked chicken ⓘ
- 2/3 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained ⓘ
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained ⓘ
- 1/2 c. almonds or walnuts ⓘ
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. French dressing ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine cooked rice, minced onion, cider vinegar, salad oil, and curry powder in a bowl and chill.
- Add cooked chicken, chopped celery, drained mandarin oranges, drained pineapple, almonds or walnuts, mayonnaise, and French dressing to the chilled mixture.
- Mix lightly to combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve.
