Ingredients

  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon fat
  • 2 cups leftover pork roast
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups leftover gravy

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped onion and diced celery in hot fat.
  2. Add leftover pork roast, seasonings, and gravy.
  3. You may stretch the gravy with canned gravy or bouillon if desired.
  4. Cover and simmer the mixture for 1 hour.
  5. Serve over a ring of cooked rice.
