Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sandwich spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pork or chicken
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 large pita bread or 8 slices bread

Instructions
