Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 Swiss cheese pieces (4 x 4 inches)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix (dry)
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with Swiss cheese pieces.
  2. Combine milk and cream of chicken soup in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the milk and soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Sprinkle dry herb-seasoned stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing layer.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil or a lid.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
