Bonnie's Ham Rolls are savory, buttery sandwiches filled with ham and Swiss cheese, topped with flavorful onion and mustard, perfect for gatherings or easy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Pepperidge Farm party rolls
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seed
  • 1/2 lb deli Virginia ham, sliced thin
  • 1 pkg deli style thin sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the rolls horizontally without separating them; they slice easily in the tray they come in.
  2. Mix softened butter with Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, prepared mustard, and poppy seed.
  3. Spread the butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the rolls.
  4. Layer the sliced ham and Swiss cheese on the buttered rolls.
  5. Cut the assembled rolls apart into individual sandwiches.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
