Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 package frozen peas or lima beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine mushroom soup, water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese, sliced potatoes, cooked and drained peas or lima beans, and diced ham in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
