Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 C evaporated milk
  • 2 C creamed corn
  • 2 C frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbs bourbon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg and milk, then mix everything together and bake 45 to 48 minutes at 350 in an 8 inch square pan
