Tips & Substitutions

For an extra depth of flavor, consider adding grated lemon zest to the filling. If you don't have Marsala wine, white wine or a splash of balsamic vinegar can work as substitutes. Ensure the meat is thinly sliced for optimal rolling and tenderness. You can also experiment with different herbs like thyme or oregano to customize the taste further.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Braciole with a side of pasta, such as Vermicelli With Tomato-Basil Sauce, for a complete meal. A fresh green salad or steamed vegetables like Savory Italian Asparagus(Low-Fat And Low-Sodium) can complement the richness of the dish. Drizzling with a bit of extra olive oil or a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving enhances the presentation and flavor.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover Braciole can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place the rolls in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water or broth to keep them moist, covering until warmed through. Alternatively, you can microwave them for a quick option, ensuring not to overheat.
