Ingredients

  • 2 large loaves white bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 pound butter or margarine, cut into slices
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 1 piece celery, quartered
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine cream of celery soup, milk, butter, onion, celery, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Blend or chop until vegetables are finely chopped and mixture is well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture over torn bread pieces and mix well.
