Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs well and add a little water.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in flour, then dip in the egg mixture.
  3. Coat the shrimp in seasoned bread crumbs.
  4. Deep-fry the breaded shrimp in hot oil at about 375°F until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove the shrimp and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve with cocktail sauce.
