- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, mayonnaise, salt, curry, paprika, and dry mustard until smooth.
- Stuff the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed eggs in a 6 x 10-inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of shrimp soup, milk or sour cream, melted butter, flour, and three-quarters of the grated Cheddar cheese.
- Pour this mixture over the eggs in the pan.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the croutons on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
