- Heat milk until bubbly around the edges. Add sugar, salt, and oleo to the milk and let stand until lukewarm.
- Sprinkle yeast in warm water and dissolve.
- Add the milk mixture to the yeast, then add beaten eggs and 2 cups of flour. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the rest of the flour to form a dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with oil or Pam, and keep in a warm place to rise for one hour.
- Punch down the dough, place on a floured board, and roll out.
- Cover the rolled dough with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough like a jelly roll and slice into pieces.
- Place the slices in baking pans with the melted margarine side up.
- Allow the rolls to rise for 45 minutes to one hour.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Frost while still warm with powdered sugar, margarine, and milk icing.
