Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices bread including crusts, cubed
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, bread cubes, grated cheddar cheese, cooked and crumbled sausage, milk, salt, and dry mustard in a large bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until set and golden.
